About Emil Juric

Emil Juric was born in 1976 in Zagreb, Croatia. He is a father of seven children and lives for innovation, responsibility and social engagement.

His professional career began in the banking sector, followed by roles in government institutions – particularly in telecommunications market regulation – and in the insurance industry.

During his career at Banca Intesa, he pursued additional professional development in Italy – focusing on business management and strategic leadership.

In Germany, Emil gained valuable professional experience in insurance and office management, where he optimized operational processes and took on structural responsibilities.

Emil completed his economics degree at the University of Zagreb and deepened his expertise through a postgraduate master's program at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing – with a focus on electronic communications market regulation.

Today, Emil Juric is the visionary, founder and owner of meinjob365.de – an innovative job platform for fair, transparent and user-centered job postings.
